Refund & Return Policy

At Casualshop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help with our simple Return & Refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, contact us at 📧 casualshop500@gmail.com with your order details.
• Our team will guide you through the return process.
• The item must be shipped back to us at the provided return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
