  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days within India.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, or regional restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be available on select orders as part of promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly through the courier partner's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote locations where courier service is unavailable.

6. Delays & Liability

  • Casualshop is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • However, we will assist you in resolving shipping-related issues to the best of our ability.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
